By using Saeed you agree to the following. Please read it before buying any paid service.

2. The service

Saeed helps you build daily habits through individual or group challenges, and provides prayer times, qibla direction and reminders. Individual use is completely free.

3. Your account

• You agree to provide accurate details and to keep your password confidential.
• Your account is yours alone and may not be shared.
• We may suspend an account used for abuse, fraud or harm to others.
• You can delete your account entirely from inside the app at any time.

4. Paid services

• The sadaqah challenge: free today, in full. If the shared circle later opens as a paid service, it will be a one time payment for thirty days covering you and up to five people you invite, invited people pay nothing, there is no auto renewal, and the price is shown in full before any payment.
• There is no automatic renewal at all. The service ends when its term ends and nothing is charged without a new request from you.
• Prices are in Saudi riyals, include any applicable tax and are shown before payment.
• Payment is processed by a licensed provider and we never store card data.
• We may change prices in future, which does not affect a term already running.

5. The sadaqah challenge specifically

• Saeed is a tracking tool, not a donation collector, and no money from your giving passes through the app. You give however and wherever you choose and the app only records that you did.
• No amounts are recorded and no ranking is shown between participants.
• Counters count days of giving, never divine reward, which is not ours to count.

6. Prayer times and qibla

Prayer times and qibla are calculated astronomically from your location. They are a technical aid, not a religious ruling, and not a substitute for the approved times in your country. They may differ slightly from your local authority's announcement and we accept no responsibility for relying on them alone.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee it is free of faults or that every notification arrives on time, as this depends on your device, network and operating system. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

8. Intellectual property

The Saeed name, logo, character, designs and marketing texts belong to us. As for the Quran and the transmitted adhkar, we present them as they were transmitted and claim no right in them. The data you enter remains yours.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the E Commerce Law, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
